Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Sales and Sales Coordinator.

This role involves managing sales inquiries, prospecting new business, and handling various administrative tasks related to our hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will start by focusing on one property, with the opportunity to expand to additional hotels based on performance.

If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting sales processes, this role is for you! Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email for assigned property/properties.
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities in the local market through cold calls, networking, and market analysis.
  • Manage the administration of sales processes, including leads, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor multiple communication channels, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand local trends and identify sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to align sales strategies with operations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
  • Initially manage sales for one hotel, with the potential to oversee additional properties based on performance.

 

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in sales, sales administration or as an account executive.
  • Strong communication and cold-calling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and OneDrive.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with Slack or similar communication tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the needs of different hotel markets.

Experience in the hospitality industry.
