About the role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and provide essential support across various HR functions. In this role, you will work closely with different departments to ensure effective communication and offer guidance on policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support HR special projects and handle administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on policies, labor procedures, and general inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain HR database records by entering information on new hires, terminations, and other employee changes.
- Track employee attendance using uAttend.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and dynamics.
- Help with other administrative tasks, including the distribution and tracking of computer equipment for employees
- Be able to work independently when necessary and make decisions based on pre-established HR parameters and personal judgment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Understanding of the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of scale-ups disrupting an industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Monday knowledge: A plus.
Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM CST Mon to Fri
