Are you looking to grow in IT sales and develop your career in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a Jr. Sales Executive to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in IT, software, or SaaS sales who want to specialize in B2B sales and work with clients in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present IT and software solutions.
  • Conduct virtual product demos and assist in contract negotiations.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  •  Manage leads and sales processes using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and performance.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, software, SaaS, or technology sales (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced or native English proficiency(required for U.S. and Canada clients).
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, APIs, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Available to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST(flexible hours).
