We are seeking a US B2B Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online brand strategy and drive growth across digital channels, with a clear focus on the US B2B market. This role will be responsible for building and executing a content-led social media strategy designed to strengthen brand positioning and increase engagement specifically with business audiences in the United States.
As the head of our social media and content marketing initiatives, you will shape our digital presence to reflect a professional, trusted, and authoritative brand in the US business landscape. You’ll work closely with company leadership to align messaging with our commercial goals while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Content Strategy
- Develop and implement a targeted social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, tailored to establish grow influence among US-based B2B audiences.
- Lead and mentor the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to produce high-impact, brand-aligned content that resonates with our US business audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, audience behavior, and content performance to maximize engagement and expand reach within the US market.
- Own and oversee email marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring they maintain brand consistency and drive measurable engagement.
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Refine and evolve our brand identity to project a credible and professional image that aligns with expectations in the US B2B space.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand messaging reflects our value proposition, expertise, and competitive edge in the US market.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on social media growth, campaign outcomes, and overall brand sentiment to identify areas of improvement.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, demonstrating ROI and adapting strategies for better impact.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience building and executing digital marketing, content, and social media strategies specifically for B2B audiences in the US market. (Experience with the Mexican or LATAM market will not be considered.).
- Proven expertise in brand positioning, content strategy, and digital storytelling within a US business context.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, platform insights, and campaign tracking tools to drive strategic decisions.
