We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with hands-on experience in cloud-based projects (preferably AWS), particularly those related to contact center migrations or Amazon Connect. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple simultaneous projects (5-10 at a time), and are fluent in English, this might be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Lead cloud migration and deployment projects, focused on Amazon Connect (CCaaS).
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables with internal teams and clients in the U.S.
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives (Agile is a plus).
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ranging from small to large-scale (USD $2M–$3M).
Ensure clear communication via Zoom, Slack, Coda, and other collaborative tools.

Must-Haves

3–4 years total experience as a Project Manager.
Minimum 2 years working on cloud-based or AWS-related projects (contact center experience a plus).
Experience with U.S. or Canadian clients/projects.
Advanced English—fluent, clear, and confident in both spoken and written communication.
Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
