We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with a creative edge and hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, video editing, and lead generation. If you enjoy creating meaningful content that drives results and you thrive in dynamic environments—this role is for you.
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Social Media Management
- Graphic Design (InDesign is a must)
- Video Editing
- Lead Generation
- Intermediate–Advanced English (written and spoken)
- A strong portfolio showcasing videos and visual content aimed at generating leads
- Proficiency in HubSpot (mandatory)
- Mastery of Adobe InDesign
Experience:
- Experience working in the online education sector or agency-style environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
- Experience with SquadCast (podcast platform)
- Working knowledge of Vimeo for video hosting and publishing
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Edit video content for webinars, social media, and lead generation campaigns
- Design visuals and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate on content ideas and support blog strategy (ideation over writing)
- Manage website content using HubSpot (primary CMS) and WordPress (secondary)
- Coordinate and support monthly podcast production (internal host, external guests)
- Assist with email marketing and virtual event logistics
- Track content performance and support inbound marketing with data-driven insights
