Are you passionate about managing complex data and software projects in a fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven background in Software Development, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering to lead and coordinate 5–8 concurrent technical initiatives. This position demands excellent organizational skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and confidence in cross-functional collaboration.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 5–8 simultaneous technical projects in areas such as Software Development, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence (e.g., Tableau), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Partner with software developers, data engineers, and cloud architects to turn requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and drive resolution of project blockers.
  • Use JIRA (must-have)for backlog management and progress tracking.
  • Maintain clear documentation using Confluence (must-have).
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all stages.

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
  • Proven background in Software and Data Engineering projects.
  • Solid experience in data-focused initiatives (e.g., data governance, data warehousing, Tableau reporting, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based projects (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 5–8 projects simultaneouslyin a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence(must-have).
  • Advanced English— capable of working with international, bilingual teams.
  • Direct collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
