You will generate new leads and engage with senior-level professionals through strategic outreach, using CRM tools like GoHighLevel, Apollo, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads through CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless transition from lead to booked meetings.
- Book at least 25 meetings per month by effectively managing your pipeline and following up with leads.
- Generate new leads through outbound sales efforts via platforms like Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Communicate confidently with senior-level professionals, particularly within the Human Resources sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all appointments and meetings are successfully scheduled.
- Use CRM automations to streamline the sales process and optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain a professional phone presence and practice excellent voicemail etiquette.
- Ensure that all communication is aligned with the company’s tone, values, and goals.
What You Bring
- Experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Apollo, LinkedIn).
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Ability to sell to senior-level professionals, especially in the Human Resources field.
- A professional phone presence with solid voicemail skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM automation tools to drive lead conversion.
