Key Responsibilities
- Turn CEO vision into actionable plans with clear timelines
- Coordinate daily operations: marketing, inventory, and product launches
- Lead cross-functional projects and align remote teams
- Optimize tools like ClickUp, SoStocked, Slack, and Klaviyo
- Manage CEO schedule, priorities, and ensure strategic focus
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations (Amazon & Shopify)
✔ Previous roles as Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant (C-level), Head of Ops, or similar
✔ Skilled at managing remote teams, freelancers, and agency partners
✔ Proficient with project management and marketing automation tools
✔ KPI-driven decision maker with a tech-savvy mindset
✔ Outstanding communication and organizational skills
