We’re on the lookout for a UX/UI Product Designer ready to own the full design lifecycle across mobile apps, web platforms, and even a bit of print, in a fast-paced startup environment. This isn’t about pixel-pushing. It’s about building real products, with real impact, for real users.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX for a resident-facing mobile app, internal ops tools, and admin dashboard
- Shape responsive, conversion-driven landing pages and marketing visuals
- Contribute to a robust design system—without reinventing the wheel
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ship fast, smart, and beautiful
- Work with autonomy and intention, backed by a strong, collaborative team
What you bring:
- 5+ years designing across mobile, web, and brand/print
- Must have experience designing financial apps, platforms, or reporting tools
- Advanced Figma skills (design systems, nested components, tokens—you know the drill)
- Confident in Webflow, basic HTML/CSS, and cross-functional teamwork
- Portfolio that proves your impact: outcomes, polish, and process
- Bonus points for PropTech or renter-focused platform experience
