We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Flow Builder, Einstein features, and Prompt Builder. This hybrid role blends declarative development and administrative capabilities, ideal for professionals looking to create real business impact through automation and user experience optimization.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile team environment, serving as a key resource in process improvement and automation initiatives. This is a client-facing project, so excellent communication and ownership are essential.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automated business processes using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.
- Configure Einstein Prediction Builder and Next Best Action.
- Set up user roles, permissions, and queue logic.
- Create and manage Prompts via Prompt Builder, including mappings and visibility logic.
- Maintain documentation for workflows and user-facing configurations.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure business process alignment.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with development as needed.
- Maintain a prompt content library and update based on feedback.
🔸 Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong command of declarative tools including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and approval processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein features(e.g., Prediction Builder, Next Best Action).
- Familiarity with Prompt Builderand effective prompt logic and data mapping.
- Skilled in user management: roles, permission sets, queues, field-level security.
- Strong documentation and business process mapping skills.
- Advanced English (verbal and written)is required.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environmentswith shared backlogs.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated industries(healthcare, finance, public sector, etc.).

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience. Preferred degrees: engineering, data science, machine learning.
