We’re looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with proven experience in marketing measurement and experimentation. This isn’t a generic data role—you’ll be running A/B tests, designing experiments, and analyzing customer behavior at scale to uncover actionable insights that drive growth for global CPG brands and retailers.
The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running in a startup environment: sharp fundamentals, direct experience with marketing analytics problems, and the ability to plug in immediately with minimal ramp-up.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Measurement & Experiments
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance using advanced statistical methods.
- Partner with business teams to translate results into data-driven decisions.
🛠 Data Engineering & Migration
- Migrate existing R scripts into Python, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Process, clean, and transform datasets from multiple sources.
- Maintain SQL pipelines and queries for reporting and model input.
Analytics & Modeling
- Apply econometric and statistical modeling (causal inference, attribution, forecasting).
- Build and interpret algorithms relevant to marketing and consumer behavior.
- Contribute to automation and SaaS productization efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years in data science or marketing analytics.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven record of A/B testing, experiment design, and marketing measurement.
Technical Skills
- Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
- SQL for large datasets (joins, transformations, optimization).
- Familiarity with R (tidyverse) for legacy scripts and migration.
- Experience with regression, causal inference, attribution models, and forecasting.
