Responsibilities:

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for driving lead generation through major search engine platforms such as Google and Bing for contractors in the improvement industry across Canada & the US.

 

Your role will involve:

  • Developing and executing innovative paid advertising campaigns that align with our client’s objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Creating and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience with a focus on paid search/campaigns, ad trafficker, paid media and/or PPC.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads and other major advertising platforms such as Bing.
  • The ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a must
