Bing and Google Ads Paid Search Specialist

About the position

If you’re passionate about driving business growth through strategic paid search campaigns, as a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads through the main search engine platforms, such as Google and Bing, for contractors in the home improvement industry in Canada and the U.S.

 

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads that align with our clients’ objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Analyzing performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and making data-driven decisions.
  • Running A/B tests to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Researching and implementing new keyword opportunities to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Reporting on campaign results and presenting actionable insights.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing goals.


We are looking for someone who has
:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience with paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads and other major advertising platforms.
  • The ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification (mandatory requirement).


Additionally, you will be responsible for
:

  • Developing and executing paid search strategies to generate leads for clients in the home improvement industry.
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities for campaigns.
  • Creating and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
