Job Purpose
This role is crucial in developing and executing retail media strategies to promote products and services within the retail environment. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize advertising campaigns and drive sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Amazon Advertising Management:
- Execute and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with Sponsored Ads, Seller Central,
- and Vendor Central. (DSP and/or Pacvue knowledge a plus)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure ROI and other KPIs are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Amazon-specific updates to provide best-in class service.
- Client Management & Communication:
- Reports directly to the Retail Media Manager (RMM) who leads the strategy for all
- accounts.
- Complete assigned tasks via CRM in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic advice based on analytics and industry insights.
- Regularly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping by account.
- Gather weekly reports by client for both internal and external visibility.
- Budget & Strategy:
- Ensure campaign budgets and pacing align with account strategic goals.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with RMM and other departments to guarantee campaign success.
Cross-Platform Assistance:
- Provide support and strategy for additional platforms, primarily in the Amazon CA & MX markets.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Keep abreast of platform-specific advancements, particularly within Pacvue.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 1+ years’ hands-on Amazon Advertising Management
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years’ hands-on Amazon Advertising Management
Minimum Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Required Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of industry platforms, particularly Amazon, Seller Central, and
- Vendor Central.
- Experience with Sponsored Ads, DSP, Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Pacvue.
- Proven track record of successful advertising campaign management for top brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative advertising strategies.
