We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Assistant to support our internal Sales and Customer Success teams.
This is a fully remote role focused on post-sales operations, campaign execution, and CRM management. If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving environments and finding ways to make processes smoother, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Produce proposals, pitch materials, and campaign reports for advertisers and partners.
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce or similar).
Team Collaboration
- Support sales teams with meeting prep, sales decks, and pipeline activities.
- Consolidate feedback from sales and marketing to improve internal processes.
- Provide operational and administrative support (scheduling, tracking deadlines, maintaining tools).
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a related role (internships count!)
- Background or interest in digital advertising, media, or technology is a plus
Technical Skills
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable preparing reports and managing data
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with additional CRM platforms
- Experience supporting sales or customer success teams
- Understanding of the sales cycle and post-sales operations
