We’re looking for a B2B Sales Representative (only applicants from Mexico) to join our growing team and play a key role in helping U.S. and Canadian businesses hire top talent in Mexico and LATAM.
This isn’t just about closing deals and moving on — you’ll also own client relationships, acting as their trusted partner throughout the entire journey. From first discovery call to ongoing success, you’ll be the face of our remote recruitment solutions.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Work with warm, qualified leads provided to you.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Conduct virtual demos and present solutions in a consultative way.
- Use email outreach as a primary communication and prospecting channel, supported by calls and LinkedIn networking.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
- Build long-term partnerships by ensuring client satisfaction, success, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and detailed notes in HubSpot CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced or native-level English (spoken & written).
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or BPO.
- Proven success selling to U.S. or Canadian clients.
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a remote-first setup.
- Based in Mexico, able to work North American time zones.
