About the role

The BDR Manager oversees the team’s daily performance, ensuring lead-to-sales conversion goals are met. This role includes optimizing processes, monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, and maintaining CRM accuracy.

A results-driven leader, the candidate will develop talent, foster collaboration, and implement outbound strategies to maintain strong conversion rates, all while ensuring effective communication and organization within a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily performance of the appointment setting team to ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Review, structure, and/or modify the operational and administrative processes of appointment setting.
  • Define key KPIs for the operation and monitor them to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team meets the target for lead-to-sales appointment conversion rates.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to appointment setters to ensure the team is well-prepared to meet the department’s responsibilities.
  • Keep the CRM updated with daily operational information.
  • Maintain effective interdepartmental communication.
  • Develop outbound strategies to ensure a healthy conversion rate percentage.

Experience, education and tools

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B appointment setting
  • 3 or more years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • HubSpot proficiency
  • Apolli.io experience
