About the Role
This role is 75% content creation, 25% ad management. You’ll work on eye-catching social media posts, engaging ad creatives, and magazine-style layouts, all while testing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. Creativity meets strategy here—and we want someone who can shine at both.
What You’ll Do
- Design stunning visual content using Canva
- Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns with Ads Manager
- Edit photos and videos (sound adjustments included)
- Collaborate closely with a remote team to meet client brand guidelines
- Analyze ad performance and iterate on creatives
- Optional: Help with campaign setup and performance tracking
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- 4+ years working with Canva
- Portfolio showcasing ads, social posts, and visual storytelling
- Experience with Social Pilot and CRM tools like HighLevel or Hootsuite is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (Slack is our HQ)
