We’re seeking a Database & Automation Engineer with deep expertise in SQL Server, PowerShell scripting, and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server and MariaDB databases.
- Scripting & Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for backups, license management, SharePoint automation, and process optimization.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Deploy and manage resources in AWS and Azure, including VMs, networking, and database services.
- Networking & Security: Configure and maintain OpenVPN infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable connections.
- Server Administration (Plus): Support Unix-based servers as needed.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align database and automation systems with organizational goals.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in database administration, automation, and infrastructure management.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS SQL Server expertise
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience with MariaDB
- Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
- OpenVPN configuration and management
- Unix systems experience is a plus
Language:
- C2-level English (excellent verbal and written communication required)
