We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager who loves data-driven strategy and gets excited about optimizing campaigns that actually convert. This is a part-time, fully remote role—perfect for someone who thrives in B2B marketing and wants to make a real impact without the full-time grind.
In this role, you’ll take the reins of our paid media efforts across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit. From refining what’s already alive to launching fresh, targeted campaigns, you’ll be at the center of our lead-generation engine. You’ll also collaborate closely with our in-house SEO/Content Specialist to ensure everything—paid and organic—is pulling in the same direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Management
- Audit and optimize existing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- Launch new campaigns tailored to key industries: Higher Ed, Finance, Energy, Insurance
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to drive better conversions
- Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, UTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag)
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Partner with our content team to build compelling, high-converting landing pages
- Own landing page strategy by industry
- Keep an eye on the funnel and suggest improvements backed by data
Strategy & Reporting
- Define KPIs and regularly report on what’s working (and what’s not)
- Turn insights into actionable steps
- Stay on top of trends and explore new channels or tools when it makes sense
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO/Content Specialist to align targeting and messaging
- Communicate campaign performance and ideas clearly with leadership
- Help us build a sustainable, scalable marketing system
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Reddit Ads
- Strong understanding of paid funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking
- Solid grasp of GA4, UTM tracking, and ideally tools like Google Tag Manager
- Analytical, self-motivated, and a great communicator
- Experience in tech, data, or B2B services is a definite plus
Bonus points if you’re comfortable with:
HubSpot, Figma, Webflow or WordPress (for landing page coordination), and basic HTML.
