About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Web Manager to lead our web operations and optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our eCommerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly website, and collaborating with multiple teams to implement digital marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily eCommerce website operations to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
– Collaborate with developers, designers, and the marketing team for site updates, enhancements, and campaigns.
– Manage product listings, descriptions, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, track key metrics, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
– Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and SEO efforts to drive traffic and enhance conversion rates.
– Maintain product reviews and resolve customer service issues related to online sales.
– Analyze customer behavior and provide regular reports on website performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
– Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
– Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4).
– Experience with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts preferred.
– Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Schedule and Salary Offers:
