You’ll play a key role in overseeing financial operations, building strategic models in Excel or Power BI, and delivering insights that directly impact decision-making at the highest level.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily accounting operations: A/P, A/R, and general ledger
- Lead monthly reporting and financial analysis to drive performance insights
- Design and maintain advanced financial models in Excel or Power BI
- Identify areas of operational improvement and strengths through business analysis
- Use data to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Manage QuickBooks Online and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting
- Lead ERP system setup and process optimization
- Build and document month-end close and reconciliation procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with business goals
- Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Technical Skills
- QuickBooks Online proficiency is essential
- Advanced Excel and/or Power BI modeling experience required
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Experience with ERP system implementation is a strong plus
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision support
