We are looking for a Jr. Freight Analyst/Customer Service with a strong foundation in logistics and customer service, who is eager to grow in an international logistics environment. This is a remote opportunity for a candidate based in Mexico, available to work with U.S. clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow-up the freight shipments, tracking, and status updates.
  • Serve as liaison between carriers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Review freight documentation (BOLs, invoices, delivery receipts).
  • Support in preparing logistics reports and data entry.

 

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics Customer Service, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+)– both verbal and written.
  • Experience using logistics or freight tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability to work full-time in U.S. time zones.
