We are looking for a Jr. Freight Analyst/Customer Service with a strong foundation in logistics and customer service, who is eager to grow in an international logistics environment. This is a remote opportunity for a candidate based in Mexico, available to work with U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up the freight shipments, tracking, and status updates.
- Serve as liaison between carriers, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.
- Review freight documentation (BOLs, invoices, delivery receipts).
- Support in preparing logistics reports and data entry.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics Customer Service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+)– both verbal and written.
- Experience using logistics or freight tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Availability to work full-time in U.S. time zones.
