High School Math Teacher Remote
This is a remote job opportunity for a bilingual working environment.
We are looking for a dedicated Upper-Level Math and Spanish Teacher to join our team in a full-time, virtual role. This position involves teaching high school students across the globe in a dynamic online learning environment, providing both live and asynchronous instruction.
Subjects Taught:
- Algebra I and II
- Geometry
- Trigonometry
- Pre-Calculus
- Calculus AB
- Spanish (level to be determined)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live, interactive math and Spanish lessons via Zoom, preparing engaging and comprehensive lesson plans.
- Provide regular feedback to students, ensure timely grading, and support individual learning needs.
- Evaluate student work, assign grades, and communicate with administrators and parents as needed to foster a supportive learning
- environment.
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development.
- Manage approximately six sections per day with around 15–20 students per class.
- Substitute for live classes when required and contribute to special projects.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to high standards of instruction.
- Serve as a subject-area instructional expert and support instructional best practices within your subject area.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism working with an international student body.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- State teaching certification or relevant credentials preferred.
- Minimum of one year of online teaching experience with a record of promoting student achievement.
- At least four years of experience teaching high school math.
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Zoom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (C1 or Native)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
Schedule:
Flexible full-time hours within EST (7 am to 5 pm).
Approximately six 45-minute live sessions daily.

- Candidates will be required to deliver a short demo lesson during the interview process.
