We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to manage multi-channel digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads). You will report directly to the Marketing Lead and work on strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Set up and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for better conversion.
Implement retargeting, nurturing, and A/B testing strategies to improve results.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
Implement and manage tracking events in GA4, Tag Manager, and Pixel Tracking.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

Monitor key KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion, engagement).
Provide detailed reports with insights for campaign optimization.

Creative Development & Collaboration:

Design and optimize landing pages and ads.
Work with the team on product launches, branding, and GTM strategies.
Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in digital campaign management.
Proven experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
Intermediate-advanced English for internal reports.
Plus: Experience in software or HR, ClickUp, and HighLevel.

Schedule & Work Mode

🕘 Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 3:30 PM EST (30 hours per week).
