We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Paid Media & Community Engagement Specialist who can take the lead in executing multi-platform paid campaigns and managing online brand engagement. You’ll be a key player in generating leads, improving conversions, and growing digital visibility through data-informed decisions and creative optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads
- Execute and track email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to optimize ROI
- Define, segment, and test target audiences
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and CTAs
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Open Rate, and Lead Quality Score
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages
- Escalate high-value leads or issues to the appropriate internal team
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone in all public interactions
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve reach and community satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Prior experience with retargeting, SEO/SEM, and funnel-based advertising
Technical Skills & Tools
- Expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar for email marketing
- Strong analytical skills using reporting dashboards and performance metrics
- A/B testing experience and a data-driven mindset
Soft Skills
- Advanced to native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Team player with excellent adaptability and cross-functional communication skills
