We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media & Community Engagement Specialist who will lead the execution and management of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and take ownership of community engagement efforts. This role is critical to driving lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion performance through data-informed strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads
- Plan and execute e-mail marketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Define, segment, and optimize target audiences based on performance and intent
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns according to key metrics, including: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Engagement
- Rate, Lead Quality Score and Open Rate
- Track and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis to develop recommendations
Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social channels
- Track and report on engagement quality and volume
- Escalate important conversations or leads to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all communications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent or Advanced-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-platform paid ad campaigns like Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles, bidding strategies, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising
- Strong experience analyzing and improving KPIs like open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversion rate using platforms
- such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, reporting tools, and dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related or equivalent experience
- Strong collaboration and adaptability skills to align content with marketing objectives.
