We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to partner with two senior Vice Presidents based in the U.S., in a trusted and strategic role that balances:

  • Special Projects (50%): Assist with a data cleanup initiative involving order history and reporting. Requires precision and spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Executive Support (50%): Support two Vice Presidents by generating reports, managing communications, and assisting with top-client sales follow-ups.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and distribute sales and performance reports
  • Coordinate meetings and internal communications
  • Track orders and assist with customer follow-ups
  • Manage structured project tasks in spreadsheets and ERP systems
  • Provide general day-to-day executive support

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in a similar executive or project assistant role
  • Excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Planner, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (required)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

  • Comfortable using project management and cloud-based tools
