We are looking for a highly experienced PHP Laravel Software Developer to join our team. We’re seeking a backend expert with deep knowledge of Laravel, strong leadership experience, and a passion for building robust, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams on complex Laravel applications
- Architect and implement backend services focused on performance and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices
- Manage infrastructure on Unix/Linux systems and automate with shell scripts
- Utilize AWS (especially EC2) to manage environments and deployment
- Communicate clearly with tech and non-tech stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on PHP experience, primarily with Laravel
- Proven leadership on enterprise-level development projects
- Strong command-line and Unix/Linux proficiency
- Experience writing shell scripts for automation
- Practical knowledge of Amazon EC2 and other cloud services
- Solid SQL database skills (optimization, scaling)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving abilities
