Pricing Analyst

Are you a freight forwarding pro with sharp quoting skills and attention to detail? We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst with experience in ocean freight quoting to join a growing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote new and existing customers based on cargo specs
• Analyze complex/oversized shipments and build custom pricing solutions
• Quote efficiently and clearly, including project cargo
• Follow up with customers and agents to gather feedback
• Coordinate with operations to turn quotes into bookings (door/ocean freight)
• Communicate with overseas agents to support quoting and destination pricing (customs clearance, delivery, unloading, etc.)

What we need:

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding — do not apply without it
• Strong quoting/pricing experience, especially for ocean freight
• Must type 45 wpm minimum and be a clear email communicator
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Proficient with Excel and quoting tools
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, organized and proactive
