Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of logistics and supply chain prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach: calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Run the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, negotiation, closing
- Collaborate with marketing to execute follow-up campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in HubSpot CRM
- Coordinate internally via Jira for feature requests and implementation
- Provide product feedback to improve the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in device repair or related industries is a plus
Technical Skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented with a competitive edge
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Highly organized and consistent in follow-ups
