This role is ideal for someone with industrial electrical sector experience (wire & cable, connectors, or electrical components), excellent English communication skills, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly—from quotes to containers!
What You’ll Do
- Sales & Customer Support
- Respond to inbound inquiries from distributors, contractors, and OEMs
- Create and send accurate, professional quotations with part numbers, pricing, and spec sheets
- Support outside sales by updating CRM records, logging opportunities, and organizing follow-ups
- Ensure flawless communication with clients, partners, and suppliers in perfect written and spoken English
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate with North American and overseas suppliers for production and shipment updates
- Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and manage outbound logistics with 3PLs
- Maintain inventory records, monitor landed costs, and track containers from origin to destination
- Keep all records organized in cloud-based platforms like Zoho and Microsoft OneDrive
Who You Are
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics or related field a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in wire & cable, electrical distribution, connectors, or a similar industrial sector
- Experience working with BOMs, part numbers, and quoting systems
- Familiarity with international logistics, landed costs, and container-based workflows
Tools You’ll Use
- Zoho CRM (quoting, sales tracking)
- Zoho Books (vendor records, purchase orders)
- Microsoft Excel, Planner, OneDrive
