We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills and a sharp eye for visual design with Strong experience in Fintech or Proptech. This is an individual contributorrole – perfect for someone who can deliver polished web/mobile interfaces and also contribute to brand and marketing visuals.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to design intuitive, scalable, and data-driven solutions. We value clarity, usability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Design for web, mobile, dashboards, and brand materials (pitch decks, marketing assets, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to release user-friendly features
- Own and maintain the design system in Figma
- Create intuitive user flows based on real user feedback and data
- Participate in ideation, prototyping, and user validation sessions
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience in a Fintech or Proptechcompany is Mandatory (required a portafolio in PDF)
- Advanced Figmaskills (design systems, components, tokens)
- Mandatory experience with Webflow
- Advanced/fluent English(daily use required)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience designing both product and brand/marketing assets
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience designing financial dashboards or reports
- Knowledge of design thinking, accessibility, and atomic design
- Experience with data-driven iteration and product testing
