We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Infrastructure Engineer with advanced expertise in scripting, automation, and database management. This is a fully remote position working in a 100% American environment. You’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Scripting & Automation
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for backups, license management, and SharePoint automation
Database Management
- Manage and optimize MS SQL Server databases
- Work with MariaDB for additional database support
Cloud & Virtualization
- Deploy and manage virtual machines and networking in AWS and Azure
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance
Networking & Security
- Configure and manage OpenVPN infrastructure
- Maintain secure virtual network connections
Server Administration (Plus)
- Experience with Unix-based servers is a strong plus
Collaboration
- Provide technical support and collaborate across teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management
Technical Skills
- Advanced PowerShell scripting
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server & MariaDB
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS & Azure
- Virtual networking expertise, including OpenVPN
- Unix server administration experience (nice to have)
Language & Soft Skills
- C2-level English (verbal & written) – must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems
