We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence, grow our social media channels, and refine our brand identity. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a content-driven strategy that strengthens brand positioning and increases engagement.
As the leader of our social media and content marketing efforts, you will oversee social media growth, content creation, and brand storytelling to establish a cohesive and professional digital presence. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our messaging aligns with business goals while maintaining a strong and engaging brand voice.
Initially, this role will manage a Graphic Designer and a Content Creator, with the opportunity to shape the growth of the marketing team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Growth & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a social media growth strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to establish thought leadership and industry influence.
- Manage and guide the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Track social media KPIs, audience insights, and content performance to optimize engagement and reach.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns end to end, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Refine and enhance our brand image to align with a more professional and authoritative presence in the industry.
- Work with leadership to ensure that brand positioning reflects company values, expertise, and market differentiation.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze social media growth, campaign performance, and brand sentiment to refine strategies.
- Report on key content and engagement metrics to demonstrate ROI and adjust tactics accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent or Advanced-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- 4+ years of management experience developing and executing social media, content, and digital marketing strategies from scratch, for B2B US based clients.
- Experience in brand positioning, content strategy, and digital storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing marketing teams.
