We are seeking a Software Implementation Quality Engineer to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and validation of custom and commercial software applications.
This position bridges the gap between development and customer-facing teams, guaranteeing that each solution is high-quality, reliable, and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software testing and validation efforts across internal teams and clients.
- Deploy and test custom reports and functionalities based on client specifications.
- Act as a liaison between developers and customers to ensure quality and usability.
- Schedule follow-ups and gather client feedback for software refinement.
- Ensure compliance with standards before deployment of custom code.
- Support CI/CD pipeline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
- 2–3 years of experience in software QA, test automation, or implementation coordination.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java; experience with PyTest, JUnit, or Selenium.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven success working remotely and independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Background in Business Analytics or Development Quality Control (QC).
- International work experience (Mexico, USA).
- Understanding of ERP systems and software commercialization.
