We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven background in Software Development, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering to lead and coordinate 5–8 concurrent technical initiatives. This position demands excellent organizational skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and confidence in cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead 5–8 simultaneous technical projects in areas such as Software Development, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence (e.g., Tableau), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Partner with software developers, data engineers, and cloud architects to turn requirements into actionable project plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, and drive resolution of project blockers.
- Use JIRA (must-have)for backlog management and progress tracking.
- Maintain clear documentation using Confluence (must-have).
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all stages.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Proven background in Software and Data Engineering projects.
- Solid experience in data-focused initiatives (e.g., data governance, data warehousing, Tableau reporting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience managing cloud-based projects (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage 5–8 projects simultaneouslyin a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence(must-have).
- Advanced English— capable of working with international, bilingual teams.
- Direct collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Self-driven and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
