About the Role

In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring accuracy in product functionality, supporting customer setups, and driving technical excellence.

First 6 Months:

• Deep dive into understanding the product and processes.
• Conduct extensive testing to identify and resolve system bugs.
• Collaborate with teams to refine customer setup workflows and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Master tools like JIRA, APIs, SQL, and weekly variance audits to ensure data accuracy.

After 6 Months:

• Expand into product strategy and optimization, proposing enhancements based on audit data.
• Take on advanced responsibilities in data-driven decision-making and troubleshooting customer escalations.
• Collaborate on future development roadmaps with the product and engineering teams.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT.
• Modality: Fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Testing s Validation: Create test plans, execute QA testing, and ensure product functionality meets requirements.
• Customer Integration: Oversee technical setups, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Audit s Analysis: Review deposits, refunds, and variances with weekly data audits.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with developers, customer success teams, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in QA, product management, or a related field. Knowledge of accounting, property management, or fintech industries is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
• Accounting, Finance ,or equivalent experience.
• Tools: Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Google Suite, SQL queries, and APIs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (minimal accent required for clear communication).
